Refund policy
A product can be returned if it has not been used, is not damaged, is in its original packaging, and retains its original appearance.
Custom-made products are not accepted for return, such as personalized soap bouquets, gift sets, silicone molds, and soaps made to the customer’s request, as well as products with opened packaging.
If the product is damaged upon receipt, we can replace it and send a new item. In the case of damage to an individual element of a soap bouquet (for example, a flower), we will send new flowers to replace the damaged ones. The customer may also replace the damaged elements themselves by following the instructions we provide.
To make a return or exchange, please send an email to info@magicgarden.lv. The product must be sent back within 14 days after notification, at the customer’s expense. After receiving and inspecting the product, a refund or replacement will be issued within 14 calendar days.
Refunds are made to the same account from which the payment was made, unless otherwise agreed. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged or sent by mistake.
