These terms govern the operation of the Magic Garden online store and set out the procedures for making purchases, payments, and deliveries, as well as the rules for returns and other conditions.
By placing an order in our store, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

All prices are listed in euros (EUR), including value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and delivery terms at any time without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Magic Garden operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the consumer protection regulations of the European Union.
